What if there is a problem with my order?

If the item arrived damaged, or there is another issue, please email [email protected], and we will get a replacement sent out to you. Alternatively, you can get a refund, if you prefer.

We ship all our packages through Canada Post. They are still in operation and will continue to send mail to Local and International destinations. However because of the unpredictable nature of COVID-19 they have told us that "for destinations where service is still available, expect significant and unpredictable delays"  We will do our best to make sure you receive your stickers, but please keep that in mind when you place your order.
